About Chloe
Depth work for people who are tired of performing their way through intimacy.
Canvas of Connection brings together somatic, trauma-informed, Jungian, and intimacy coaching to support change at the level of body, nervous system, story, and meaning.
When insight is not enough
The clients who find this work are often highly capable. They can name patterns, hold responsibility, read the books, and still feel distant from desire or disconnected from the body. Canvas of Connection begins in that gap between what you know and what you can feel.
Chloe works with high-achieving women and couples through a depth-coaching lens that honours both psychological meaning and embodied safety. The work is practical, but not surface-level; intimate, but never pushy; reflective, but not abstracted from the body.
Training and orientation
The approach draws on VITA sex and relationship coaching, somatic coaching, trauma-informed pacing, Jungian shadow and archetype work, dream and symbol inquiry, and yoga-based embodiment practices. Chloe also brings fluency in the high-achiever world, where identity, pressure, calendars, and performance can quietly crowd out connection.
The diving metaphor matters
Depth is not dangerous by itself. Rushing is. This work borrows the wisdom of careful descent: check the conditions, breathe under pressure, never force the body, and give the ascent as much respect as the dive.
