Clarity
Name what you want from your relationship and what matters most now.
The approach
We work with the conversations you have, the patterns you notice, and the body responses that can make closeness feel hard. The pace is collaborative and grounded in consent.
The five pillars
Name what you want from your relationship and what matters most now.
Make room for small, repeatable moments of presence and care.
Practise speaking and listening without rushing to defend or fix.
Notice familiar reactions and the stories underneath them with curiosity.
Explore desire, touch, and playfulness with consent and without pressure.
Breath and gentle body awareness can help you notice when you feel present, tense, distant, or ready to pause. You choose whether a practice is useful; there is no pressure to push through discomfort.
Jungian reflection offers a way to get curious about expectations, projections, and familiar roles. We look for choices you can make now rather than claiming that one insight will solve everything.
In couples work, we make space for both perspectives. In individual work, you can explore your own patterns even when a partner is not taking part. Neither path requires you to decide the future of a relationship in advance.
Health, stress, sleep, and medication can all be relevant to intimacy. Medical questions belong with your doctor or pharmacist. Coaching does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat a health condition.
